Freestyle does not accept responsibility for your item after it has left our premises. Once your order is packed and leaves you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel with Australia Post. Please note that we will do our best to pack and send your order immediately, however delivery times can vary depending on different circumstances beyond our control. Please be very careful that your shipping address is correct before confirming your order, if parcel requires to be returned to sender then postage costs will not be refunded.

EXPRESS POSTAGE $15 (Next day delivery within Australia if ordered before 2pm AEST. Tracking included)
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY $25 (up to 14 days delivery)
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase Freestyle is happy to exchange your product for a different size or for another item. If you cannot find a product suitable at the time then we will offer you a store credit if returned within 14 days of purchase. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing purchases.
Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags still attached. Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to you. Freestyle reserves the right to reject a return if not found to be in its original condition

Please note that Freestyle will not refund any shipping costs. Store credits cannot be redeemed for shipping costs.
It is important to us that your shopping experience with Freestyle is a pleasant one. If you would like to exchange an item please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include the reason for return of the product and your name and contact details. One of our Freestylers will be in contact with you as soon as possible with further instructions. Please do not send any exchanges or returns to us without organising approval first. Goods being returned to us will be at your expense.
We recommend that you use a postage method that can be tracked for your return as it is your responsibility that the goods are returned to us safely.
Please note there will be no exchanges on jewellery & accessories.

All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to our customers to ensure a high level of quality in the garments you purchase from us. However in the case of a manufacturing fault we will do everything we can to replace or repair the garment. If we cannot replace or repair for you then we will be happy to provide you with a refund. Please note that cost of shipping cannot be refunded. Please contact us within 7 days at email@example.com if you believe your garment has a fault and one of our Freestylers will be in touch with you with further details.
